Location, characterful property. Great parking.

Walls were very thin - disturbed by the couple next door having sex throughout the night and next morning! Not your issue, and not too much you can do about it either. Thanks for including a tv - we were able to drown out at least some of it!! A drain smell to the bathroom - this needs checking out as it really wasn’t pleasant. A couple of very long, dark hairs in the shower, behind the taps was a little disappointing as they stood out.

We had a fantastic overnight stay on our way to The Lakes. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The pub across the road was lovely and everyone was really friendly, Wem was a surprising little find and a big thankyou to Jackie the host.

We have stayed here numerous times , think that says it all .always immaculate comfortable and would recommend highly

Outside the property were quite a lot of cigarette ends next to the door which was a little off putting

central for town and perfect for our meeting at the town hall.

When we arrived we had a smell of drains or sewer fumes in the room. We used the perfume spray to improve the air quality. By morning the smell had gone but it made dropping off to sleep difficult. This would not stop us booking again as we understand sometimes these situations are unpredictable and are of no fault of the owners.

Spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The most enormous bed !!

The Coaching Barn we stayed in was absolutely lovely. The key safe was easy to find and access. When we opened the door we were wow'd by what we saw. Very clean and tidy entrance, bathroom and bedroom. The pictures do not do it justice. The TV provided was perfectly positioned for watching it in bed. You are provided with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits by a kettle. The plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery were very convenient. We even had a mini fridge and table with 2 chairs! The bed was extremely comfortable with the nicest pillows I think I've ever slept on. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Excellent value for money too and we loved that we had our own front door to lock behind us. Like a little home from home. Thanks for a lovely stay!
