Had a great time, peaceful no noise beautiful place

The property was really lovely and peaceful! It had everything we needed and the bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch. Plenty of room, comfy bed and like a home away from home. The paddock, court yard area and covered sofa was great for the dog too. The area is excellent for exploring the broads and beaches.

Dog friendly so ideal for what we wanted. Paddock for the dogs to run in. In our case everything for self catering.

Barn Owl was very very clean and very comfortable, very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Such a tranquil and calm location. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again if we were in the area.

Nothing really, only minor point was the tap in the bathroom was a little stiff to use, making it noisy but is easily fixed.

Property had everything we could want plus a bottle of wine and biscuits 😁 Great, dog friendly space outside.

If someone had used the shower the floor remained wet even after using the rubber broom, therefore wet socks when using the toilet. Not a problem, just needed to be careful.

Súper clean, well laid out and nicely furnished

pictures show a woodburner. I assumed was to burn wood but it is electric- should have checked!
