This tucked away little place is very quiet, clean and comfortable. There are many little extras in the kitchen and bathroom that you may have forgotten. There's a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. The bed and linens are extremely comfortable. Though I didn't use them, there's a dishwasher and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit, and *plenty* of towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, coffeemaker, toaster, etc. There's a small patio out front and a larger one in the back. Lots of trees and beautiful foliage. I was there for one night, out of town to see a show at the Black Cat, which is just a 3 minute walk away. It was so nice knowing that I had a cozy place to return to, just minutes away, after spending 4 hours at the club. As for parking, if you're driving in, I *highly* recommend that you pay extra for the parking pass, as the paid parking lot at the end of the street has abysmal reviews. All in all, I loved staying here, and I will definitely keep it in mind for the future. The owners are very helpful and friendly, giving me all the information that I needed to make this a wonderful stay. The price is astoundingly affordable, too. You really can't beat that. Definitely give this place a shot. I don't think you'll regret it. Thank you so much, Razia!!!

The appartment litterally has anything you might need during a short or a longer stay in DC. It is very clean and bright and the location is awesome (the main attractions are easily available by public transports or uber). The hosts are lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend !!

Absolutely fabulous place, everything was great, location facilities comfort, do not hesitate just book you will not be disappointed.

A cozy and beautiful place in a quiet and beautiful area, close to the center, to the bus stop and to places where you can eat delicious food, to a large supermarket. the apartment is very cozy, the bed is comfortable, there is everything you need. The hosts are hospitable, always in touch, fruits, croissants, water, coffee and tea are left, and more. We'll be staying here again
