This hotel is in a great location, just about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The room is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The entire place is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the hospitality of the manager, Ms. Eboney. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and after inspecting the room, she kindly allowed us to check in early. At check-out, she was just as accommodating, letting us store our luggage in the lobby for a few hours. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. If you're visiting Washington, D.C., I highly recommend staying here!

The only downside is that the room is close to a main road, so the soundproofing isn’t perfect. However, it’s not disruptive enough to affect sleep. Overall, the stay was still fantastic!

Near alot of cool things and not very far from museums and fun attractions and the staff was nice and the water got really hot which was nice after being in the cold all day

It is a few flights of stairs which can be winding after walking all day not bad just preparing ya

Convenient and had all the standard needs for our trip.

There was a large collapsed area on the right side of the mattress on the queen bed that is closest to the tv. So only one person could sleep on that bed. The other mattress was fine. That was our only issue.

Clean apartment, super comfy beds, adequate space, easily accessible, had W/D, great shower.

The property had a fan that did not work. There is no central AC, so it got pretty hot in the kitchen. There were no utensils available.

The location was fantastic

Eboney was extremely helpful and made all the difference to my stay.

The apartment was amazing! Everything was clean, which was great because you never know until you get there. Two king-size beds, with four very comfortable pillows on each.Then there was a full kitchen! Including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, also a table and chairs. The upgraded bathroom was not too big, but the shower was.It was just like the picture I saw on booking.com, but I thought it was a bedroom, with a shared kitchen and bathroom. That was not the case, it was a whole apartment for ourselves.... Last but not least, the woman who manages the booking was awesome, I was worried about how to get into the building, so I called the number given. She was pleasant, answered quickly, and she followed up with all additional calls or text, just as quick.. I appreciated the great communication, and I'm sure anyone else will too! P.S. This is NOT a fake review, I drove 7+ hours from Connecticut to Washington D.C. and having everything fall into place was nice.... ✌️
