Accommodation Mossel Bay Garden Route

The view was beautiful and facilities were sufficient for the one night I stayed over.

I was unaware of where the location of the box to the key was as it was dark and I couldnt see too well. I called the owner, the owner's response was "everything was in the message I sent!". She sounded annoyed. I in turn responded by saying "I know, but I can't locate the box." Then in her frustration she guided me to the box. Im not very well traveled, hence I would've expected the owner to not assume that everything is clear as daylight by generalizing based on previous guests. Besides this encounter over the phone, everything else was good.

The location was great.

The bed is not a king as advertised. The place was not clean. The basin leaked onto the floor.

Very comfortable bed. Apartment clean. Everything you need supplied. Will definitely stay again.

Stairs was a small concern. Steep Driveway took getting used to.

No vent in the kitchen, so you have to keep the windows open and let the mosquitoes in. Vent in the toilet could have been stronger

Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt in Ordnung und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert.

Die Unterkunft hat stark nach Schimmel gerochen, was sehr unangenehm war. Zudem war viel Staub vorhanden und der Ventilator konnte aufgrund des Geruchs nicht genutzt werden. Insgesamt wirkte alles etwas lieblos gepflegt. Zusätzlich waren Hunde der Besitzer sehr laut und haben häufig gejault, was die Ruhe gestört hat. Während des Aufenthalts hatten wir außerdem viele Mückenstiche, was den Komfort insbesondere nachts beeinträchtigt hat.
