Point Village Accommodation - Estoril 26

1st- we arrived 5.04.2023 at 18.00. Got to the facility remotes didnt work. The agent told us it might not work but we could phone her. Phoned agend she arrived we where not loaded on the system phone to gate we had to wait about 30-45 min. When we offload our stuff to take up to 3rd floor we waited about 15 min for the lift as there was some kids playing and you could hear them lift was stuck on 5th floor. Friday afternoon we wanted to go out the gate didnt want to open we couldnt get out other people couldnt come in. The guy think is nr 1 is a board member or something came out after i dont know how long then he informed us that only board menmbers have remotes that work on the gate so he open and people could come in. We tried again to open the gate with the phone nothing. So for the afternoon we sat in the apartment. So instead of leaving 10.04.2023 we left 09.04.2023 as i was over all this nonsense. The advert said property on beach or right next to it well im sure people habe differen opinions on tight next to it. This is the worst experience i had with a booking and that after i booked a property paid the money and then was informed that we couldnt go there as the property was sold.
