Everything needed was available. The facility is very nice and clean. Especially good for families

It is a little outside the city. If you like to go to Pattaya, you have to drive back and fort.

The place was on the first floor, the owner had another spot available on the second floor facing the parking lot. This isn't the owner's fault but the advertising was highly deceitful. The kitchen was basically a burned out pan and an induction cooker. I refused to stay. Owner made it intentionally difficult to cancel the booking and extorted me out of 30% the cost as the only way to agree to my cancellation. I thought booking.com would make cancellations a bit more on the traveler's side but I see that's not the case. The condo, btw, in this situation is just a tiny bit bigger than a standard hotel room, a small kitchen sink, sofa, and a bad grade TV just shoved together in a tiny corner. If you want to be on the first floor or if you enjoy being disrupted by every vehicle coming to park, then by all means, enjoy your stay.
