Great location. Lovely property, bedrooms were all excellent size. Had everything we needed and was perfect for my little dog

The location is perfect, the parking space in front of the house is very convenient as well, but...

The house is old, there is only one shower (but 2 toilets), The Internet was awful, they sent someone to check the problem, the guy said he could connect, so there was no problem. Well it did connect, but it was on and off all the time, we had to pay for another wifi to be able to work from there. The power went off because we used the washing machine and they were unable to tell us the exact location of the fuse, the information in the welcome book was wrong and whoever answer my message through booking.com told me it was somewhere else, so after 30 minutes trying to find the fuse we managed and we had to inform them where it was located. And the cherry on the cake was the heating stopped working on our last night there. I wrote to them, they sent someone there to take a look, but unfortunately I wasnt at home at the moment. The person set the heating exactly like I had already tried and left the house saying it was "warming up". Didn't even touch the heaters to check if they were indeed warming up. When we came back home, the house was still cold. I wrote them again and the person gave me the same instructions as before, as if I was not able to read and follow instructions. I was frustrated and upset. It was cold, there were 2 kids in the house with us and we slept and woke up the next day in the cold. So if you are planning to visit st andrews, chose a newly refurbished house if you dont want to be desapointed. I stayed in 3 places before St Andrews, all booked with booking.com and they were perfect. St andrews is a very special place for me, and I left the town sad and angry.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location.

Very rude, nosy neighbour. Left a note on my son’s car about parking space then approached my son in a very abrupt, rude manner. Also he was watching our movements constantly from his door. Really off putting as we we there with family to celebrate a special birthday. Bathroom badly needs upgrading.

No breakfast provided，but the kitchen is good.

The room of booking should be more clear, my friends and I spent 20min there and try to open a wrong locked key box, anyway, the result was good.

Location and room sizes excellent.

Standard of cleanliness could have been better. Towels and bed linen clean. Though underblanket stained and needs replaced. Walls in kitchen and toilet and bathroom stained. Garden areas untidy, dirty dripping pipes and unclean pipes and paving. In general rooms need redecorated as marks on walls. Dishwasher did not work needs reserviced. Bathroom dirty definitely needs work to bring it up to Booking.com standard. Dirty greasy oven tray left not very welcoming!
