Good location and lovely flat. Good array of kitchen utensils and instructions for everything. Lounge space comfortably seats 3 but there are chairs in the bedrooms that can be bought through if there are four people staying. Efficient lift and friendly cleaners which arrived at 10am as we were leaving.

Parking space extremely tight. We don't have big car but were sandwiched between 2 SUVs which was unfortunate!

One very small niggle, the lid of the kitchen waste bin was a mis-match and slid out of place each time it was used.

Very comfortable, quiet and in a convenient location. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Light and spacious. 2 lovely little eateries just around the corner and numerous other restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Excellent base for exploring the Suffolk coast.

A welcome basket would have been useful even if only to provide milk and teabags for the first night. No toiletries are provided other than hand soaps. Also requested to strip beds which was a bit odd in this calibre of rental.

Apartment not as clean as I would have expected. Poor quality of bedding. Apartment in need of some TLC from owners.

Fantastic modern apartment situated in a great location in Woodbridge. The kitchen and lounge area is great and provided a comfortable living space during our break. The apartment is well equipped and provides a home from home! The wharf area below is very nice with the coffee shops and restaurants and a great place for walks along the waterside.

The apartment gets very warm (considering the temperature outside was cool) and despite having portable fans it was a bit uncomfortable at night. Air conditioning would be a good addition in the bedrooms if possible.

The bedrooms were roasting hot and it was not possible to cool them down. The fans made no difference and the window could only be opened a couple of inches. The bedrooms NEED air conditioning. The place is a hot box!

Great location, clean and spacious apartment, well stocked with kitchen equipment, apart from microwaveable glassware. Some dry food stuffs left in cupboard which were useful, but no washing up liquid. All automated so no staff in site, but no problems fire us. Lift access also great,!

Lack of washing up liquid and m microwaveable Pyrex bowls! Also cheap dishwasher tablets we're unusable and unfit for service. Luckily, there were two Fairy capsules which worked ok and rectified the shocking cloudiness least y by the cheap ones. The bedroom was a bit stuffy at night as you could only pop open the window a crack.
