What can you expect more. The price was low.

What i dont like; the staff lacks good checkin info. There was no electricity in first case. I had to switch some switches.... (??) No toiletpapier available. Ok, yes, it was brought later! But the biggest point is cleaningness. A lot of dust everwhere and a lot of spots the cleaner has not been for years. The swimmingpool is still under construction.! Its a big shame rot to be open about that after more than 6 months! (I red the previous reviews)

The apartment's supporting facilities are good and well-maintained. There are small, clean canteens and grocery stores, and laundry facilities. The location is also strategic for those involved in university academia, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and various shops.

Regular cleaning of the bathroom floor would enhance the experience, and a slightly lower price would make it more competitive, as some equally standard hotels offer a better rate.

Good AC, bright, sufficient cooking facilities for simple meals, easy self-check in/out.

Room was very small with no table to eat at, gym facilities were not maintained (mostly broken), pedestrian gate locked at night and tricky to get inside.
