This is a lovely small apartment in the very touristy part of Akhaltsikhe, very close to the Rabat fortress. Several good restaurants are close by (I especially recommend Kessane). The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms that bogh open into the living room, and a bathroom (toilet and shower). The kitchen has everything necessary, including a a stove, microwave, and a good stock of pots/pans. There is an air conditioner in th eliving room, strong enough to cool the bedrooms too. The owner is very friendly and supportive!

There was some noise in the night from dogs barking. These dogs are not related to the apartment, this part of the town just has many dogs - who are quite lovely with people, many will happily let you pet them, but they have their own conversations at night. Keeping the windows closed (and the aircon running) helps limit the noise. The apartment is above ground level and there is a rather substantial set of stairs; this was not a problem for us but if you need wheelchair accessibility this won't work.

We live in Georgia for more than 3 years and travel a lot, and this is definitely one of the best apartments we stayed in and the cleanest one (unfortunately it's a rare 'option' in Georgia). Also it's really big one and has perfect location. Rabat is just 5 minutes walk. Town of Akhaltsikhe is also very convenient place, if you want to discover the region and visit Vardzia, Abastumani, Borjomi etc. Elena is really hospitable and kind host. Will be glad to stay here again.

It's well equipped modern apartment with plenty of room for a family. All the equipment is better than at average Georgian rental apartments. Owner hold a parking place for our car at the parking lot across the street.

First night there was birthday party at the restaurant across the street. So it was quite noisy until midnight or so.

The apartments are beautiful, cozy, and exceptionally clean, with fresh renovations that make the place feel brand new. They are equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive, and the overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment right next to the Akhaltsikhe (Rabati) Castle. Rooms are spacious. Each room has its own air conditioner. Everything is clean, beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped. To properly start your day - there is even a drip coffee maker with some coffee. There is a beautiful garden with roses in the inner part of the building that you can look at from the balcony. The owner is incredibly welcoming and helped us a lot along the stay. Would definitely stay here again. We spent just a single night at the hotel after a long road. And during that night a cafe across the street has been playing loud music after 23:30, so we couldn't sleep. The owner fought for us with cafe owner and made her shut it down. That meant a lot to us! Thank you The owner also helped us with a parking space. Things to consider: The apartment is located on the second floor and in order to access it you need to claim the spiral staircase.

One negligible details is: We spent a few minutes circling; trying to find the apartment using Google Maps. In the end, we took a guess and owner spotted us. I would suggest to send a picture of an entrance for easier navigation.

Everything was extremely clean, the owner waited for us a bit outside the check-in hours, as we arrived a bit lare. The flat is located literally 2min from the fortress.
