Everything was just perfect!! Location was great, the carpark was paid for and close the apartment. I can't point any bad point!! We had a great stay and Charlotte was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend.. For sure I will come back :)

Nice welcome basket, exceptionally clean, well equipped, and great communication. Very nice hanging chair in the living room was a nice touch. The Japanese restaurant just down the road, KI-CCHIN, is simply excellent. The free parking is a nice touch, and there's an EV charging point in the carpark, which was awesome for us! Also a Co-op supermarket just across the road.

The location is a bit gritty - it's just that part of Bournemouth, nothing to do with the hosts, but be prepared for that. Perfectly safe though, nothing to be worried about on that score.

The matress is so bumpy and poor quality. Feel back pain after two days stay.
