Jacuzzi was a big hit with the family.

Pictures on this listing are out of date and don’t reflect the current state of the flat which is needing maintenance and a deep clean. Access to the flat is via side alley and metal staircase at the back of commercial units which just doesn’t feel safe, especially if you’re with small kids. The 2nd single bed is a camp bed and sofas are so old, nothing like the photos. Apart from the automated emails, the hosts didn’t reply to any messages and we didn’t get any chocolates :-(

The apartment was stunning! Amazing decor, the hammock was our favourite spot! Bath? Oh my, we could spend more than an hour inside! We spent 2 days with my girlfriend in this apartment and we have no regrets, we definitely recommend it! Only the TV at the bathroom needs updating because we couldn't login to Netflix but YouTube is working perfectly.

Charlotte, Matthew and the team were very attentive. When I needed to extend my stay they were also very helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious, clean good facilities including jacuzzi bath.

3rd floor with no lift means it’s a bit of a trek partially outside and it’s not that well lit. Messages were ignored for a few hours when we requested what time we would be advised of the key code which was worrying. But all ok in the end.

Service from the team were great, the bath was wonderful, easy reach of shops, restaurants

Bed was very soft, and I could feel the springs

Very easy, communication good, flat tidy, beds comfy, my daughters loved the swing in the living room and the tv and jets in the bath! hosts also kindly left us a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine! Very kind :) there was also 2 pints of milk, teabags, coffee and sugar which i thought was a really nice touch :) parking wasnt too far away and easy to find a parking space, location was nice and central, short walk into town and about 15/20 min walk to the BIC which was the reason for our stay overall a really lovely place to stay :)

The access to the flat was a little laborious, only able to access from a metal fire escape staircase while this wasn't a huge problem it made it a little stressful when we got to the bottom of the stairs and someone has forgotten something it was a good workout to get back up to the flat, also quite a strong drug smell outside but you couldn't smell this from inside the property. Hallway of the flat also really creaky.

Location was great, the apartment was a high standard with a water-proof TV in the bathroom. I had good communication with Charlotte the Host, who was very helpful. My daughter was in the University Halls @ Bailey Point, which was a 2 minute walk across the street. There are plenty shops & takeaways in a short walking distance. The overall experience of our stay was excellent and we’ll definitely be returning.

No real major issues, but the 4 flights of stairs are a killer if you have lots of heavy luggage, but this is explained to you when booking. My only real big gripe was the sink in the bathroom - it is absolutely tiny, with the single tap in the middle that gets in your way, and the water pressure is very weak, so being a man and trying to shave and trying to slosh/rinse your face in the tiny sink with the tap in the way, is nigh on impossible. That was my only complaint, everything else was awesome !!!
