I didn't have enough of a new sponge for the dishes. It wasn't nice to wash the dishes that you've already used

"Excellent apartment ideally located."

A very nice neighbourhood, 10 minutes to West Cliff with lovely shops. About 10 minutes from Alum Chyne beach with a beautiful coastline. 5 minutes to the bus tour stop with easy access to all of Bournemouth and Poole. The flat was very well furnished which made preparing meals a pleasure and the lounge was beautifully set out.

Inside Comfortable. The outside parking area very rough needs attention pot holes garden neglected.

As above the the outside let it down very neglected. Bathroom tap constantly running. Needed attention.

"Nice and cozy flat."

Good, quiet location, about 15 min from beaches, very cozy flat, all of the necessary appliances (microwave, washing machine etc.) and kitchen accessories.

Parking is a little small, a couple of cobwebs in the windows, but not a big deal.

"Very comfortable apartment in a really good location"

The apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished in a modern style, with everything you'd need for a stay. Plenty of hot water and the option to control the heating as required was lovely. The location was really good, with a less steep path down to Alum Chine beach and easy walking distance to Westbourne High St for local shops, restaurants and pubs. Having some parking and it being pet friendly was such a bonus too.

Very small things, but the hot tap in the bathroom needs a new washer as it leaky and the bedroom window doesn't close completely - a little maintenance is required in the off season.

The living room was nice

The bedroom towards the window smile of dog pee, it was super strong at night and we were struggling to sleep. The bathroom at kitchen were super dated and grubby. There was a hair in the bathtub and lots of mould around the silicones the taps would not turn off properly. The TV also kept spinning with no reception.
