The location is brilliant close to shops restaurants BH2 and a short walk to the beach. The flat was clean modern had everything you need as well as tea coffee in the kitchen , in the bathroom shampoo and body wash. The bed was very comfortable had a fantastic nights sleep

Comfortable, pleasant and very clean flat which was perfect for what we needed. The cleanest fridge I've ever seen in a rented property! Great shower! You need to be reasonably fit to cope with the stairs. The beach is reasonably close but down a steep hill through the pedestrianised shopping street and the park. Although ear plugs were provided we didn't need them and found the flat quiet - but we only stayed 2 nights and visited off peak.

We managed to park in one of the 4 spaces in front of the building but there is only really space for 2 cars. Parking in the very close multi-storey car park was £10.10 for up to 6 hours so bringing a car could be very expensive at peak periods. A heated towel rail would have been useful because the bathroom relies on an extractor fan and we had to put the towels on the airer in the living room to dry them.

Although the location was fab to get to all of the places we wanted to visit, the area is quite run down and it is opposite a 24 hour vaping shop, this doesn’t detract from the property though
