SEASIDE ANNEX by BOURNECOAST - A Lovely Apartment with a Patio Near the Sandy Beaches - FM5286

The location was really superb - just a short walk from the beach down the zigzag path to the promenade. It was also close to the Beach Breezer bus stop and we were able to use the bus all week - didn't use the car until the last day. The apartment was very comfortable - ideal for 2 people. Lots of wardrobe and cupboard space - plenty of storage space in the kitchen too. We would definitely like to come here again. The welcome pack of tea, hot chocolate sachets, biscuits and of course, the sparkling wine was lovely.

Being really picky, but there could have been cushions for the outdoor chairs which were rather hard. We also found some of the instructions from Bournecoast (holiday agents) to be rather aggressive - for example, sounding punitive re any breakages. In all the previous places we have stayed, the breakage of the odd glass is taken into account and does not incur an extra charge. Luckily, we didn't break anything. Also instructions to leave the property as we found it seemed a bit strange - we obviously left it clean and tidy but didn't vacuum floors etc as presumably that's what the cleaners are employed for.

Lively accommodation, beautifully clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed, well equipped apartment.

The location of the apartment was ideal - a short walk to the cliffs at Southbourne and the Fisherman's Walk Zig Zag down to the beach. It was also only a 5 minute walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants at Southbourne Grove. There are some good independent shops, bakeries and cafes and a variety of restaurants - plenty of choice.

Nothing! Apart from the weather! The apartment was warm, comfortable and clean. It was well equipped and met all our needs.

everything was just wonderful, the house was very clean, comfortable. Very close to the beach and the city center where you can have a delicious meal.

Great location, spaceous and exelently equiped appartment. All necessary items are available. Nice welcome gift. Feels like you are at home by yourself. Be awere of rules before leaving, there is list what should be done. Totally recomend this appartment.

Amazing apartment, deceptive in size when first seen from the outside, loved the wooden floors as it kept the areas inside cool. The small touches of sparkling water, wine, beverages and biscuits was appreciated. The bed was comfy as and the room itself is light and bright with lots of wardrobe space too. The apartment was only a 10 mins walk to the beach which was great as I enjoyed the early morning walks before it became too busy.

Only issue I had was the slipperiness of the shower basin, ended up using one of the spare facecloths to stand on.
