Stylish and comfortable.

Washing was not working. TV did not work most of the time during our stay - not good when staying with children.

Very clean bright,quiet and everything you need

Not enough easy chairs for 4

Location, (we knew the area having lived their prior) space including outside space (balcony) a home from home. Parking spot and a second bathroom were an added bonus. Information to hand in the welcome book.

There were no summer duvets, so the bedding was too warm. The cutlery wasn't great. Could do with more chopping boards that are not wooden and some placemats to put hot items on.

The owners made sure that there was plenty of information about local attractions, as well as providing tea, coffer, milk, and sugar upon arrival. All cleaning fluids were provided to allow crockery to be cleaned when required, without having to go out and buy the fluids.

Nothing really

A very clean, bright, spacious apartment close to the sea. The decor was modern and the furniture and fittings of good quality. The appliances appeared very new. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, but the access is steep.

We were staying for 10 days, but were only supplied with one tea towel in the kitchen, and one hand towel and bath mat per bathroom. I had enquired as to whether it would be possible to have a change of towels and bedding during our stay, but was told by the management company that this would not be possible. We brought extra towels and tea towels with us.

Great location to both the beach and town centre (Southbourne is a lovely place) Comfy beds Clean / modern Good size

Sofa not big enough for 4 people and the two side chairs weren’t comfortable enough to sit for a whole evening. Could do with two sofas or two more comfortable chairs or even some footstools maybe? No storage in main bathroom- needs a shelf / hook to put personal items on. Also a bath mat or non slip grips adding to main bath as it was slippy.
