If you would like to meet the local addicts they all hang out at the shop next door. The entrance smelt of mould, the quilts were cheap and paper thin, the place needs a deep clean muck and dust present. The people below consistently played loud music into the early hours. No wonder you are advised to lock the door ! Completely an unsafe area.

The lounge area, kitchen And tv was nice and location was really good. Let us check in an hour earlier than their usual times however, in turn cleanliness was sacrificed.

It wasn’t the best experience due to the fact the beds were very springy caused 2 group members severe back and shoulder pain which made it difficult for them to carry out pre planned activities, they also had lack of sleep due to the pain. Also for them the bedsheets stank they were not washed so they had to turn them over as they felt very itchy. The towels were dirty and black which is really unhygienic. There was broken windows in one of the rooms and due to this there was a lot of noise pollution during the night. When we tried to make toast in the morning the electrics in the flat tripped and we struggled to find the fuse box but after a couple of attempts the host answered us and informed us where the box was located. This was a great inconvenience and an issue you shouldn’t expect to experience while away. The host did communicate with us however, she came across as if it was more of a chore and we felt like they didn’t take our feedback well either. There is trouble with parking space because unlike us if you have a big car it would be inconvenient for you as it is very tight. A tour around the apartment would have been helpful to show one of us where everything was located so we did not have any trouble finding the fuse box and saved our own time. Not sure of how much noise was okay after 10pm as it was advised we keep quiet and no parties. The host seemed very strict and it was a little stressful.

Clean, spacious, quiet and peaceful flat with its own allocated parking space. The instructions given on where to collect the keys, and how to get to the allocated parking space were clearly explained in words and shown in photos.

The hot water boiler is located in a closet in one of the three bedrooms. My wife and children wouldn't have noticed it, but I am a light sleeper and prefer my bedroom to be as quiet as my grave.

The host was on point, communication and also flexible. The house is amazing 🔥🔥🔥

Overall it was excellent place to reside ,Equipped with all facilities including spacious bed rooms which were well maintained

Could have kept a fan as it is summer days

Very well furnished. Washer with drying function. Microwave. Central air conditioning. Bright natural light. Big screen TV with Netflix for family time at dining and living. Heated multi towel drying rack. Fantastically delicious Chinese takeaway directly opposite. Convenience store next door. Quiet street. Free parking.

Master bed sagging to one side to the middle. Entrance and hallway gave shabby impression. Not that near to beach as expected as it was tagged as beachfront.

The property was good

The land owner had the nerve to charge us 36 because we used a an extra towel from the storage

The light in the morning comes through the blinds and light curtains in two of the bedrooms . I was lucky as my bedroom did not have these issues .
