The Blue Bank Suite by Grandeur Property

Perfect location, clean, close to the beach and the shops. We didn’t need to use our car everything was only few minutes by walk. Well decorated. Apartment perfect. Everything you need is available. We absolutely loved our stay. Would visit again.

The property was modern, clean and central.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We had to swap about. My daughters back was really stiff all day. We couldn’t find sheets or bedding for the sofa. Just Quilts. The broadband was difficult to find. There was a dial in the hall on the wall which had broadband settings on. We tried it all night but it clearly wasn’t the correct dial. We eventually found the router tucked behind the living room door on the floor. The noise across the road was awful. From early morning machinery and building work going on. No lie in!! Not the accommodations fault of course!!

The property was a lot more spacious than it looked! It was decorated really nice and modern and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and tidy. The location was awesome, literally 5 min walk to the beach and the pier. Close to boscombe town centre and a 30 min walk into Bournemouth. So much to do and see!

I didn’t realise there was a £50 charge to use the sofa bed. I think that needs to be more clear as I only found this out by reading a review on Airbnb. We didn’t use the sofa bed in the end. There wasn’t a welcome hamper that many other travellers have said the received, that would’ve been a nice touch. The front door lock can be a bit fiddly and one night took us a while to get in, but if you pull the door towards you first I found it unlocks more smoothly. A bit of confusion with the waste, says on the bin in the apartment to use the blue bin for waste but in the welcome hamper says the black bin? It’s the blue bin that general bagged waste needs to go in.

Decor in the living room and bedroom was very nice and a good location.

The bathroom was a bit dated and the shower head had a lot of limescale on and certain areas of the bathroom were worn. Could have done with more cutlery.

Really nice property and clean. Had everything needed for a good trip away.

I booked the trip for 3 people but it was only set up for two (missing linen and towel for 3rd person) and it didn't arrive until late on the Saturday evening. I also had to chase up the issue.

We loved the location (really short walk to the beach), and as we have crawling kid, it was super useful to have big open space and kitchen overlooking it.
