The apartment is new, quiet and very cosy. It is located on the 6th floor, and there is a lift to get to the apartment. The location of the building is exactly in the city centre and a minute far from Starbucks, KFC, Tesco, and so many other stores. Also, it is only 5 minutes away, by a walk from the central gardens and 12 minutes from the beach. The apartment has everything you need, e.g. fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, TV, Wi-Fi, Towels, indoor clothes airer, hair dryer, dishes and glassware. There are two double bedrooms, one of them is with private bathroom. There is also an extra spacious bathroom for the whole apartment. Last but not least, there is a balcony equipped with two chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee.

Great place

Convenient location, Clean and presentable. Crockery and cutlery available, Tea Coffee and sugar provided. Washing up equipment provided.

Carpets are in need of a deep clean, Paintwork is looking tired.

Location was perfect for us. Security in the building very good and so pleased there was a lift!

It just lacked a few home comforts. There was no mirror in the bedroom yet two in the hallway so maybe one of those could be moved. No bathmats and no bedside lamps. There is only one two seater sofa so not great for four adults. You could get another sofa in the the lounge if you get rid of the unnecessary furniture. And lastly, the oven is really dirty.
