XL Appartements Sand in Taufers

Etwa 8 Jahre altes Appartementhaus mit ca. 8 Wohneinheiten am Ortsrand von Sand mitten in einem Wohngebiet. Zum Ortskern mit Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants sind es ca. 500 Meter. Die Wohnungen und auch die Balkone (wir hatten 2) sind wirklich XL- also großzügig und mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Hohe Betten, bequeme Balkonsessel. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen. Filterkaffeemaschine. Eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine fanden wir im Fundus-Schrank im Keller. Guter Schallschutz und Top Fenster, Lüftungsanlage. Schöner und gepflegter Wellnessbereich im Untergeschoss. Kleiner beheizter Außen Pool. Autos und Räder stehen sicher in der Tiefgarage. Der rührige und freundliche Vermieter ist stets erreichbar und kümmert sich vorbildlich.

Etwas Verkehrslärm von der etwa 50 Meter entfernten Durchgangsstraße in der Nacht bei geöffneten Fenster.

A few things missing in kitchen such as oven gloves and pyrex cooking dishes.

Modern appartment with a nice view and a huge terrace. The apartment is located really close to the city center. The host is really helpful and makes sure that everything is fine.

The apartment is way smaller that we expected based on the m2 size and the pictures. There is a step in the bedroom, I stumbled many times. The bathroom is so small that you hit something when you turn around. If you are a traveller not with a backpack but with many things, or with a dog like we, than I would go for a bigger one. The terrace is big but there is a small garden furniture and no place where it is comfortable to eat. The pool is so close to the downstairs apartments, that it feels like it belongs to those even though it's not. There are only two sunbeds next to the pool so if those are occupied there is no place to lay down. We will definitely choose a superior apartment instead of the "penthouse".
