KM Beach View apartment

Lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment in a perfect location overlooking the beach. Nice balcony to sit and watch the sunset. Only a short walk to the marina and old town and plenty of good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could need for a week's stay. Perfect!

We had a fantastic time and the property delivered everything you could need for a holiday. Plenty of space and very clean, a few steps from the beach and a lovely balcony view of the sunset. The old town is just a short walk away too, couldn’t ask for a better location. We were met to be given the keys and a tour and made to feel extremely welcome, with even some complimentary fruit put out for us. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you to our wonderful hosts :)

Tina was extremely welcoming and ready to help us. As a welcome I received water, juice, local brandy made at home, a huge plate with fresh local fruit. Ap has Coffee machine, Sandwithmaker, oven,everything you need for cooking The view from the balcony is worth millions, with a fascinating sunset. The most beautiful beach in Chania, with a shower. You can go up to the apartment cleanly. At 300m the best pastry shop in town, at approx. 800m bakery with fresh bread, a lot of minimarkets in the area. How do you get down from the restaurant block, plenty of restaurants with fish and fresh food. At 200m once or twice a week the fresh fish market. All in all ideal for families with children. Thank you very much for everything, we will come back with love!

Every touch along the way was memorable. Being a short term rental host myself, I was immediately impressed with the welcome from the host and what they delivered. The tour of the house was sensational and the view and position was captivating. The small touches come one after the other and all backed by supreme cleanliness. What really stands out here is the property's host, who went out of their way at every corner to ensure the most memorable stay. Even helping deliver a forgotten item all the way to athens, that would be completely unmatched by a host anywhere else. Highly recommend this property. The walk to old town was seamless and the mecca of restaurants surrounding the properties is just perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The view over the beach is splendid and the apartment is very nicely set up. A lovely bowl of fruit and some splendid honey Raki awaited us. And of course, the 10 second walk to the beach is gold dust.

The front entrance might not appeal to everyone but when you get up to the apartment, it is well worth it.
