Beautiful balcony & very comfortable flat

Great location with amazing view. A lot of bars and restaurants in the area. 15 minutes walk to old town as well as to the bus station. Apartment is on the fourth floor but there is a lift so no issues with that. Its well equipped. Nikos itself is very polite and cheerful person. Also big thank you for the small gift - that was so nice of you. Generally if me and my wife decide to back to Chania we will definitely choose this apartment again.

Its not I don't like it but it would be nice to have access to wine glassess in the future.

Although our flight was delayed, the car hire office very slow, and the traffic in Chania terrible, there was no problem with getting the keys. The host was in contact with us all the time! The place was easy to find thanks to the detailed instructions sent by the host after reservation. The place was a pleasant surprise, it had everything for holidays: great view on the small port, the sea and the strand, big terrace, comfortable bed, a lift (no need to carry bags upstairs), beach and restaurants in a (very short) walking distance. It was also relatively easy to find a (free) parking space for the car - thanks to a large space 300 m away, in old factory grounds. The place is close to the old town (approx 800 m to the Venetian walls and the port) and most of the the tourist attractions of Chania. It was quiet at night, there was almost no traffic after 11 p.m. During the day, the traffic was relatively low too, and the noises negligible. The room we stayed, was not big, but well planned and functional. Although we stayed only for 3 days, it could be a nice place for a longer stay. We would certainly recommend it.

This is a superb apartment with a wonderful view out over the harbour and a large balcony. There is even a double bed on the balcony! The host met us and handed over the keys. Room and facilities were all good. You can watch the sunset from your balcony and there was a cool breeze. The price included the air-con and toilet paper. All the kitchen equipment was on hand if you wanted to cook or have a cup of tea. The old town is only 10 minutes away. There is a great beach only 2 minutes away with restaurants below the apartment. Would highly recommend.

Location was absolutely great and the view from the balcony exceptional! Also, Nikos is an amazing host! Definitely would return!
