A unique property located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Chania City right next to the sea. Fully equipped with all you need in order to enjoy your stay. We remained more than satisfied during our holidays. The smart system that this property has won't disappoint anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff ready to respond to any request we had. Clean modern interior

The property sometimes felt damp and cold. The location was the subject of extensive building and road works giving very limited access and no vehicular access on one day. Parking sometimes a problem.

We had a wonderful stay in this brand new apartment (we were the very first guests!). It is exceptionally well-equipped with many unexpected extras (e.g., a first aid kit, an excellent surround sound system, a PS4, local cosmetic products, and a wider variety of kitchen and bathroom utensils than I have at home ;-)). The apartment looks precisely – if not even better – than in the pictures. We were amazed by the attention to detail in both design and decor. Our personal highlight was the sea view from the bedroom (which was not even mentioned in the description); you can literally wake up to the sound of the waves. Usually, you get a little less than promised or shown in pictures. However, with this apartment, we got even more. The location was excellent too, in a quiet and lovely part of Chania, near the old tannery. Across the street is a small and utterly charming little bay with a café and two restaurants. There is a private parking lot right in front of the entrance door and two restaurants within 100m walking distance. The Old Town of Chania was also easily reachable by foot, a 15min walk along the coast with a fantastic sea view. The hosts were always available and helpful. They made every effort to ensure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. One can feel that they put a lot of heart and soul into this new apartment and make their guests feel warmly welcomed. All in all, we can highly recommend this place; the value you get for your money is exceptional. Thank you again for these wonderful 10 days!
