Fantastic place right by the harbour. A little hidden but the host gave instructions with pictures to assist which were very helpful and it has a parking space! It has a nice little table on the balcony to enjoy breakfast on.

The utility cupboard had a bit of a funny smell from the mop in there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, the apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped, and the host was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Great value for money.

A minor issue was a musty smell coming from a wet floor mop that had been left in the non-ventilated storage room after cleaning. Allowing the mop to dry on the balcony would help avoid this problem.

Apartament w historycznym centrum Chanii. Pięknie urządzony, czysty. Dużym plusem jest pralka, ekspres do kawy, klimatyzacja.

Zaraz obok apartamentu jest pizzeria, po otwarciu okna pachnie przypalonym ciastem.

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist super, va der Parkplatz im Hof ist phantastisch! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos.

We had a wonderful three-day stay, location is truly perfect—you can walk everywhere. The owner was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with restaurant reservations and making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.

Good location and private parking space in the inner courtyard, which is valuable.

Our stay in this apartment was unfortunately not a good experience. Don't be fooled by the photos - they are misleading. They make the place look modern and pleasant, but in reality it is quite mediocre. For the price we paid (around 80 € per night), you can easily find many much better options. Yes, the location is good, but there are dozens of apartments in the same area with equally good locations and much better quality. The only thing that was actually worth it was the private parking space in the inner courtyard. Apart from that, the apartment feels poorly maintained. Some things are worn out, and parts of the bathroom were not clean. There is also a very strong smell of stale air and humidity. I would actually recommend not opening the storage space under the stairs — it feels like fresh air hasn’t entered there in ages. Maybe this is less noticeable in the summer when everything is open, but we stayed at the end of March when it was cold and rainy, and the smell was very obvious. The air conditioner in the bedroom was not working properly. The bedding situation was also disappointing: there was only one sheet for two people and one thick bedspread, which was basically a decorative cover rather than a proper blanket. We asked the owner for normal blankets or duvets, but he insisted that the bedspread was “very warm.” For 80 € per night, I honestly did not expect to sleep under something that feels like it belongs in someone’s grandmother’s house. To be fair, the owner did come to fix the air conditioner. After he reset it, it worked slightly better. He also brought two additional “blankets,” which again turned out to be bedspreads that smelled like they had been sitting in a wardrobe for a long time. I really don’t understand the lack of effort. There are IKEA and JYSK stores in the city — investing 40–50 € in proper bedding would make a huge difference. With a thorough cleaning and some small fixes, it could be a much better place.

The location is great. Far eastern edge of old town. 7 min walk into the heart of old town. 2 min walk to a beautiful bay!! Lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Just enough dishes and pots. Bedroom bright and spacious with a comfortable queen bed. Facts about this place: 34 steps up to the front door and a very steep winding 16 stair staircase inside the apartment. (I did fall down the stairs. No railing.) Private Parking is amazing to have. Tile everywhere. So very cool underfoot all the time. Even with heaters on. Would be excellent in the summer. Very dark and cool. Not great for a winter stay.

Washing machine is very small. It is a half load machine. Small drying rack. Bathroom showing its age. Window latch loose, shower doors do not close, Toilet seat very loose. Most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. This place is very overpriced for a winter stay. It is 40% more expensive than other places that were nicer. I guess you are paying for the parking.
