The instruction for collecting the keys is very simple. The place is easy to found. Theres lots of places valued to be visit close by including the square and church. The location is also very suitable to walk to concentration camp. Therefore, I would really recommend this place for people who want to explore this city and also have early trip in the concentration camp. Also the place is clean

Pay little attention for renting that if you are sound sensitive since some times the pies from the toilet would make some wire sound. The room is also kind of tiny.
