Amplitud ( bastante grande) y la ubicación perfecta para lo que necesitaba. Apartamento mono y coqueto. Cerca del supermercado Mercadona (genial). Para aparcar también muy bien ( hay un aparcamiento al lado gratis y no tuve problema para encontrar sitio).

Mucho calor en las habitaciones, no tenían ventilación exterior y aunque tenía aparatos de aire acondicionado no estaban operativos ( faltaban los mandos). La persiana del salón no se podía levantar y también hacía bastante calor en el salón. Es un dúplex muy apañado pero sin mucha ventilación.

Siempre se puede mejorar algo: La puerta del baño no abre bien,se atasca en el suelo,la persiana del comedor se enganchó y la cisterna de WC de abajo se le sale el pitorro a veces al tirar de el.

La escalera,no es que tenga nada mal,es mi edad.0
