RELAX Cluj Apartment Terrace & Cool View

Apartamentul este curat și frumos decorat. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult terasa spațioasă. Apartamentul este aproape de centru, Vivo Mall și parcul de lângă râul Someș. Am beneficiat de parcare gratuită. Proprietarul este amabil.

Prea colorat pentru gustul meu si prea incarcat cu multe lucruri. Curatenia lasa de dorit, peste tot in apartament. Daca cineva se ocupa de curatenie, proprietarul ar trebui sa stie ca respectiva persoana nu prea e interesata sa faca curat asa cum ar trebui.

TOTUL! Fiul meu de 5 ani si-ar fi dorit sa rămână acolo. Am petrecut 2 nopți in Cluj si apartamentul a fost extraordinar. Terasa este fantastica, ne-am îndrăgostit de ea. Totul in apartament amenajat cu bun gust, totul detaliat, curățenie. Ne-a plăcut tare mult, cu siguranță oricând ne vom întoarce la Cluj o sa cautam aceasta cazare. 10 este o nota prea mică pentru aceasta cazare, i-as da 100, pe noi ne-a fascinat.

The flat is very nicely furnished, spacious and has a small working desk. The balcony is incredibly spacious and enjoyable to hang around. All the essentials were provided and there was nothing really missing from the apartment. The kitchen is decently equipped and the location is close to public transport. There is a small supermarket on the ground floor of the building.

The flat was a bit noisy, with various sounds being heard from the neighbours. The dog of the neighbours above was very keen on barking, even during the night. The communication with the host was at times confusing or unreliable. First I received a message from the host regarding the method of payment which turned out to be outdated. I asked for some clarification but it took a long time and some insisting on my behalf to get a response. The host wanted to do the check-out in person, so the day before the last one we agreed on the exact time I would leave. After waiting for 20 minutes, I called and said that I can't wait any longer and that I left the keys on the table. Judging on his reaction, it didn't sound like he was on the way and offered no apology for the situation.

The accomodation is well located at about 5 minutes away from the tram line. It is also positioned right on top of a groceries store which is super convenient. The apartment is well furnished in cooking\cleaning material. You can also easily get access to Netflix or other streaming platform from the allocated TV. The balcony is huge, not exaggerating but I estimate it to be around 80 square feet.

The only thing that I disliked about the apartment were the curtains in the main bedroom. They were a little bit too sheer to my liking and light was filtering through the room starting 6H30-7H AM which kept me from sleeping later than I wished I could have.
