Please note that this property does not have a reception. It's necessary to contact the property in advance to arrange a key pick-up time between 15:00 and 18:00. This is a non-smoking apartment. A EUR 100 penalty applies if guests do not respect this rule. Please note that a baby cot is available at an extra cost of EUR 20 per day, subject to availability and upon prior reservation. Please note that children cannot stay for free when using existing beds. A EUR 20 extra cost apply. Please note that when booking more than 2 apartments, special conditions apply.
