The apartment is spacious, has all the facilities that are necessary for daily living, and they work well. The bed has a very comfortable mattress, which will definitely help with a good nights rest. The view from the living room and balcony is great, or you can turn around and enjoy the view of the aquarium with the little fish swimming around (do inquire about their feeding with the owners, please). Communication with the owner has been great, and the check-in process is smooth with videos and information being provided. And if you are inclined to do your own shopping and cooking, there is a Lidl supermarket very nearby.

Since the kitchen is fully utilized, I would recommend having more kitchen towels, and by that I mean cloth towels, or oven gloves available for anyone who would be inclined to do their own cooking. The coffee maker, and kettle should either have fresh water, or none, in them at the time of arrival. The smell from the coffee maker water kind of suggested that it was there for a while, but a good rinse and refill took care of that. I would've also liked to see 2 bathmats being provided since the bath and the shower are separated. And last but not least, please make sure that someone cleans the bathroom fans regularly, as the dust is set pretty badly on them, and similarly to the hair dryer, which I think needs to be replaced.
