In zwei Küchenschränken roch es stark nach Schimmel. Es wurde die Tiefgarage sehr empfohlen, jedoch ohne Grundangabe. Wir nehmen an, dass es aufgrund des extremen Windes empfohlen wurde. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn wir dazu einen Hinweis erhalten hätten. Auf dem Parkplatz wurde beim Öffnen der Beifahrertür diese aufgrund des extremen Windes aufgerissen und an die Wand geschlagen und dabei stark beschädigt. Auch der Balkon konnte aufgrund des täglichen Sturms keinen einzigen Tag genutzt werden, ebenso der Pool. Wir hätten uns im Vorfeld gewünscht, dass es dazu Hinweise gegeben hätte. So hätten wir gewusst, warum wir die Tiefgarage nutzen sollen. In dem Zusammenhang wäre es sehr entgegenkommend gewesen, wenn die Parkgebühren für die Tiefgarage günstiger wären. Beim Buchen der Unterkunft ging aus den Fotos nicht hervor, dass die Wohnanlage auf einem Berghang liegt an der der Nord-Ost-Passat extrem stark weht.

Spectacular views. Well equipped and pretty spacious apartment. Couple of beaches nearby, walking distance or couple minutes by car. free parking is available as well around the property. Pool is ok, but not heated. sunbeds are plenty. Having car is strongly recommended. Grocery shops are available in the nearby urbanization, but it is 5-7 minutes by car.

if you are staying for longer than couple of days note, that you need to take care of things like garbage bags or toilet paper. these things are provided, but limited. pool is not heated. in January it was an issue, since water was colder than in the ocean. very windy in the balcony as well, but probably this is common thing in the island.

Absolutely amazing view and very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach (easy walking distance) and amazing surfing areas. Also walking distance to Costa Calma, where you can find shops and restaurants. Good underground parking on site.

There was some moisture in the building that left distinctive smell, but it was a very minor thing.
