Jó elhelyezkedés, világos és szépen berendezett szoba, kényelmes ágy.

Első érzékelésre tiszta a lakás, de alaposabb takarítás hiányzott. Több helyen más más hajszálak voltak felfedezhetőek (hűtő, kád wc), egyes helyeken látszódott, hogy az utóbbi napokban nem volt por törölve. A fürdőszobában nagyon büdös volt a nem jó bűzelzáró miatt. A konyha felszerelések között nincs egy használható kisebb kés, amivel vágni lehet, illetve a szekrényben a fűszerek több éve lejártak. A kazán éjszaka folyamatosan az ágy mellett "zörög". Mindezek együttese csökkentette az elégedettséget.
