The Hide D on Devereux

The cleaness of the house was good 👍

1.The yard needs grass cutting 2. The full house outside needs painting 3. Lizards 🦎 were interrupting as we were sitting you could see them. 4. Bath towels should look brand new and not torn 5. The should be an intercom outside the gate for easy entry access. We didn't know which gate to use. 6. The lady who assisted with checkin had no warm welcome to make us feel at ease. She was so cold. I can't even remember her telling us her name.

The place was very dirty, walls had mould, towels torn and dirty, grass was long, ants in the house and staff very rude

HAD TO WAIT OUTSIDE FOR MORE THAN 20MIN IN THE DARK THE KITCHEN WAS DIRTY WITH COCKROACHES BROKEN CUTTLERY
