There was nothing i liked, the stay was horrible.

The place was infested with ants and lizards. The toilet didnt flush and the seat was broken. The place is completely dark, no natural light. The host was the most rude and unhelpful person ever. When i needed help, i did not get assisted. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No assistance upon arrival, i stood around waiting for 20 minutes in the street. The place looked nothing like the pictures. Also situated in a busy road, so loud noises all the time.

Hi On arrival we were met by a very rude lady called Amanda, I think, the lady doesn’t even greet and she is there to just open the apartment and give you the keys, you show yourself around. On the first day of arrival just after we had fetched our staff from the car and were given a key already to occupy the place, there was a laundry being done in the very same kitchen we had booked. They further got in again whilst we were out to take that laundry out. I found this aggressive invasion of privacy bad. I did address this with the owner on the phone. We had booked for 4 people for 2 days but were only given 2 towels for all 4 people for 2 days. Even the tissue roll is one. We called the property from 6 o’clock on the 2nd day for tissue roll and they could only deliver it after 10 o’clock @ night upon numerous calls and promises. The couch is filthy dirty, one needs a fleece to cover it so as to protect their face at least, as well as the bathroom mat, it has gotten brown and flip flops would be needed when using the shower. There is also locked door inside in which you sometimes here music playing from the sitting area. The fan in the bedroom is not working, there’s also a visible electrical wire in the bedroom.

Beds are to old and not comfortable at all, toilet not functioning properly, the whole place needs pest control, lounge couch not comfortable, the place needs painting outside for customer attraction...
