Great view and balcony was pleasant for doing a braai. Nice and spacious.

Sehr großes Appartment innerhalb einer gesicherten Wohnanlage in guter Lage.

The unit comes with a smart unit and streaming services already logged in. There was no need for me to log into my accounts, which made life easier. The unit is quite spacious, and offers balcony space. Which is a nice to have especially for morning breakfast breezes with a view The main bedroom chandelier,oh stunning! I also loved that the beds have electric blankets, very appreciated especially because it was a rainy weekend when I was there

Cleanliness of the unit The unit was not in it's cleanest condition. I had seen reviews that the place is nice and clean but when I got there I differed. What catches one's eye the most is the dirty windows and the sliding door that leads to the balcony area, I was already disappointed upon arrival. It did not look like the unit was properly cleaned before I checked but rather just mopped at bare minimum.There were salt and herbs granules on the fridge.The fridge looked it could do with some wiping. The stove as well needed a bit of a wipe and clean. The jug in the kitchen looked like it has never been washed, it was greasy. The second bathroom had ants, and when I opened the tub tab, the water was filled with ants that live rent free in the tap The living room and second bedroom curtains were not appealing at all. The house is big and pretty, it just needs to be properly cleaned and maintained.
