Clean and neat room.

Room needs a roof mounted fan or better yet air conditioning. Needs an emergency light to deal with load shedding. A kitchenet basin would be a nice touch.

The location of the property in proximity to the My Citi bus stop on the main road which is a convenient BRT system in the City of Cape Town for connecting to nearby malls, beaches and the City's CBD; the interior, the shower facilities, the more than 1 wardrobe facilities, the Wi-Fi user friendly LED TV that allows for relaxing and tuning into one's favorite programs (Netflix, DSTV, YouTube), as well as the balcony area which allows one to feel the breeze and view of Marine Drive (R27), the Atlantic Ocean in view as well as Table Mountain. I would definitely recommend it due to the reasons stated and the friendliness of the owners.
