We only spent one night. It met our needs and was nice inside, clean and comfortable. We were concerned about the security, but there was fencing all around and seemed to be watched closely.

The staff were so kind and they were always wearing a smile. The flat is very neat, with very clean rooms with comfortable beds. It is close to all necessary amenities, shopping malls.

There was no key for the main bedroom. So, our privacy from the kids was compromised.

"A lovely establishment let down by a lapse in security and control of misbehaviour, which caused us major inconvenience"

Besides the experience detailed below, my family loved the unit we had and the service on our arrival had been excellent. Was it not for the disturbance and security concerns, my overall rating would have been very different.

We were woken up at 4am by the doorbell going off in one of the other units on the property. In addition the people who were knocking were talking to each other in loud voices. This went on for such a long time that it woke us all up. I called the cell number of the establishment and asked the person who responded to please get the noise to stop. It took a few more minutes before there was peace again. My concern was, where was the security that was supposed to get those people to stop? How safe were we? How safe were my children? In the current climate of crime in South Africa, such a situation is unacceptable. Furthermore, we had driven for 10 hours to get to the property the previous day and were due to continue our journey later that morning. Being woken up at 4am - and losing much-needed rest - was a major irritation and disappointment.

I loved almost everything. The location is close to everywhere.

The shower is very small, the toaster machine did not work on one side.
