Our initial booking elsewhere fell through last minute, and we found Safi Suites literally at the eleventh hour. We called up the contact person, and he calmly arranged our reception/keys/security entrance in the dead of night. And someone was there to meet us and sign us in. We were very happy! And the place was just what we needed and more for the night. Very friendly staff.

The suites are in a part of town/street that is busy during the day, but they are very secure, with private parking.

Heated beds, spacious and comfortable.

Having to wait for a braaing stand that was requested days prior to our check in. Had to braai three hours after planned time for supper.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, availabilty of workinbg washing machine and clothes line, and response to requests. The apartment was serviced and refreshed everyday. it felt like we were in a hotel. I will use the place again.

Not enough crockery and food storage dishes, like pryrex dishes and/or other micowavable containers. Pots small for a group of 6, but at least a big pot was provided on request. The fridge's thermometre is not there to guide choice of fridge temperature.

The apartment is neat, comfortable and aestheticallt pleasing. It had all the utendils we required for our stay.

The apartment was very nice would definitely book again. It is central walking distance to shops. We enjoyed the stay. The staff was overall very friendly.

1. We found men clothing of people staying in the room prior to us 2.the scent of men colon was very strong in the apartment. 3.The most annoying of all was guests checking in at 22:00 and making a he'll of a noise waking us.😬

I like that it was a whole apartment. The beds were super comfortable and the space was kept clean.

The wifi was a bit slow but other than that it was a nice stay
