"Not very pleasant"

Centrally located

I had to ask passer-bys for the entrance and a stranger opened the gate for me. I felt vulnerable and unsafe even when I was inside we had to look for someone to assist me with checking in it was hellish. To go up the stairs to the fourth floor afterwards I had no strength to go get myself something to eat plus I had no idea who was going to open the front gate for me as I was given keys to the back which would’ve been a walk to the shops in front. Old linen was not so clean with stains, had to cover the pillow with my T-shirt for the smell.
