The oven was hard to use but it wasn’t really an issue. The outside grill didn’t work which would have been nice to use.

Prime location!!!! Over looking the beach…. Wonderful & worth every penny. This is the second time we’ve chosen this apartment - it has everything that you need even down to beach towels,chairs & parasols & you’re in the heart of the bay

There’s honestly nothing not to like! The only comment (& this is only a suggestion) is that in some places the decoration is becoming a little tired & very slightly grubby I

Excellent location, big terrasse with a sea view, very good facilities, nice space inside with cozy living room and private bedrooms for each room. The landlady easy to reach and very accommodating; she speaks English which facilitates communication if you are not a Spanish speaker.

Garage was a worry point as spaces are rather small and there is not enough room to maneuver your car if the space in front of your parking place is occupied. Luckily for us only very few cars used the parking and all went well, but it was a point of concern. Some minor points - not very comfortable pillows; dishwasher requires maintenance / cleanup, some dishes could use washing up, some pans could be replaced.

the most gorgeous location, 3rd floor with a huge safe balcony and views across the bay, amazing sunrise. Convenient for everything. We took the tram and the bus to old town Alicante, so easy. Restaurants/bars/coffee shops and boutiques all within a stones throw from the apartment. LOVED this stay.

Off season the restaurants close early but once we knew we adjusted our timings

Everything about this apartment was excellent. It would be difficult to find fault. Our contact with owner had immediate replies. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived. Stunning apartment with a view that can't be improved. Very comfortable beds. Location is great for the beach and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing area compared to the hustle and bustle of Alacante and Benidorm which suited us perfectly. A great base to visit both areas. We would love to return.

There was nothing about the apartment that we didn't like.

The views were amazing - the apartment was very spacious - the location was ideal for beach, supermarket, restaurants & even the bus to San Juan & Alicante. It was also amazingly quiet though we were there out of season.
