We arrived later than advised due to a traffic jam. It was no problem, the owner waited until our arrival and handed over the keys. We had a warm welcome with Prosecco and juice for the kids, some chocolate, tarallini and a very nice welcome postcard with pictures of Como area. The owners are very helpful and absolutely nice. There is a well prepared folder with a lot of information about the region, the restaurants, parking areas and many more. It is a very quiet area! The apartment is very clean. One of our daughters forgot her watch in the apartment and the owner prepared everything and organized a parcel delivery to send us the watch.

It's nothing to complain, just to mention that the streets from Como to Tavernerio are a little bit curvy and there is no coffee shop, restaurant or bakery in walking distance.

Grande attention de la part de nos hôtes. L’appartement est très bien équipé et moderne.

Le logement est agencé de telle façon que l'on se sent comme à la maison. Tout est prévu, l'équipement est complet, les pièces sont spacieuses, ce qui rend la vie très facile. La propreté est irréprochable. C'est arrangé avec goût. On est bien placé pour visiter le lac et Côme. Il y a une place de parking gratuite très pratique. Mais le plus important n'est pas tant le matériel. En effet, les hôtes, Lidia et Tino sont attentionnés et absolument sympathiques, à l'écoute et serviables. Toute la documentation touristique à disposition et le book de Tino permettent de démarrer rapidement les vacances et de ne pas se tromper. Tout est parfait et nous espérons revenir mais surtout revoir nos hôtes. GRAZIE MILLE

L'accueil très chaleureux des hôtes, le petit pot d'accueil, l'appartement propre, neuf, lumineux. La proximité du lac de Côme . Les précieuses informations transmises par les propriétaires. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent une location proche du lac de Côme

Des hôtes adorables et souriants, et de bon conseil ! Appartement TRÈS spacieux et agréable, lumineux, très bien équipé et agencé.. rien a redir ! La localisation à moins de 10min en voiture de parking au pied de tout dans Côme est idéale. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Nous recomandons vivement !

Tino et Lydia réservent un accueil excellent à leurs hôtes. Ils ont prévu toutes les informations pratiques qui peuvent être utiles pour découvrir Côme et ses environs. Leur appartement est très propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 2 filles !

Lidia et Tino ont pensé aux moindres détails pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. L'appartement est très confortable, et très calme. Tout était parfait !

Gezellig, rustig en goed uitgerust appartement. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk, komen je persoonlijk begroeten en hebben een heleboel tips voor uitstappen, restaurants enz. klaarliggen. Het appartement is heel proper en heeft drie geode bedden. Er is een parkingplaats net achter de hoek.

Hou er rekening mee dat dit appartement geen terras of balkon heeft. Dit heeft ons niet gestoord, maar dat zouden we misschien wel gemist hebben bij een langer verblijf.
