Key collection is from 15:00, the keys are in a lockbox on location. Guests will be emailed check in details 48-24 hours prior to arrival. This information will include the apartment number and how to retrieve the keys from the appropriate lock box. These are located outside the main entrance to the apartment building. Keys must be returned by 10:30 on the day of departure. Any keys lost will result in a GBP 50 fee. Please note, pets can only be accommodated by prior request and approval with the property, as there are limited pet-friendly rooms available. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. During your stay local noise abatement bylaws are in effect, and quiet is required after 23:00. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lovely apartment and good value for money"

Very clean spacious apartment with lovely staff that we dealt with over the phone when we had a small issue.

The constant banging doors, but I understand they are fire doors. Couldn’t find a ramp.. lots of steps to get down with suitcases

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay

Accommodation was dirty. Beds very uncomfortable. Sofa needs replaced in the loving area. Doors very creaky. No shower curtain in one bathroom. I personally wouldn't recommend

"Good value location close to beautiful Lough Erne."

Spacious, spotlessly clean apartment. Incredibly helpful cleaning manager who assisted us on arrival with a minor problem with a blind. Brilliant Spar shop just up the road. Excellent location.
