Shepherd's Rest Apartments Central Location With Parking

Everything appears to be new and good quality. Parking space was essential. Huge clock on the wall was great. Good location.

One room was limited by no hanging space, but second room had lots. Unclear about recycling so had to contact owner. We did not realise the situation but my 91 year old mother could not use the shower as it is over bath. Handset made it useable for washing hair.

The whole apartment was beautiful the furnishings and fittings were all first class. The location was in the perfect place for the town and bus routes

There was no complaints everything and more was available

Ideal location down a quiet lane, short walk to high street and town centre. Parking provided and as it is ground floor accommodation it is suitable for people with mobility problems.

Couldn’t put TV in lounge on until we found switch on back of TV, could leave note to let future guests know. Smell in Bathroom, possibly drains? No toilet roll holder, maybe wall too thick to drill screw s into? No fan provided, luckily bought one from home. Only French doors in large bedroom so couldn’t leave them open for fresh air at night. Three steps up to main bedroom but other bedroom easy access. Smaller bedroom only has chest of drawers for clothes no clothes rail. Full length mirror in large bedroom on stand with loose screws so may collapse if moved to change angle. No dishwasher but we were only there for two nights so just washed up by hand. Maybe replace small round table in front of sofa with larger coffee table so if four guests they can all reach it. Near abbey so can hear bells ringing on Sunday morning if having lie in! These are all minor points and do not mean we didn’t enjoy our stay at the accomodation.

Good location close to centre, clean modern apartment, comfortable bed, parking, plenty of facilities

A little difficult to find, the apartment is located down a narrow road, but parking is sufficient and under cover. No tea towel!

Great Central location and accommodation layout

No champagne flutes and smaller glasses if I had to pick something

Great location. Everything we needed for a few nights. Well equipped kitchen. Big bathroom with plenty of hot water. Off street parking.

Nothing that would stop us returning.Blinds didn’t keep out the morning light so maybe blackout blinds would help.

Bright, clean, everything we needed. Central and parking too.
