The room was lovely and clean. Great location, but there are stairs. Porter service was very handy.

This is a stunning place to stay in Santorini. Our apartment faced the sea, and we had access to a beautiful pool area and loungers with an amazing sea view. We had our own smaller private hot tub to enjoy in the evenings. It is a steep walk to the accommodation, but definitely worth it! You are also a 15 minute sea view walk away/or short taxi ride away from the busier area of Fira with more restaurants, shops and a lovely museum. What made our visit really special was the staff. They were all so lovely and welcoming and made us feel really relaxed!

Nothing, we honestly can't think of anything we didn't like!

This was the most beautiful room we have seen, let alone stayed in! We were very grateful to have been given a free room update and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were all very kind and happy to help in any way!

Just to note that there is a church bell that goes off at 7am. Not sure if you can hear this from all rooms, but bring some ear buds or something so it doesn’t disturb you. Nothing the hotel can do about that but just to say!

Everything was perfect, seriously. Check in & check out was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was amazing - clean & full of everything we needed. Having two hot tubs was extraordinary (one inside & one outside, super private!). Breakfast was fantastic as well! The beds were comfortable. The pool area was also very nice.
