The Garden View Suite

After a warm welcome from Brian and Marilyn I could see this was an exceptional property, a real oasis of calm set in a beautiful garden, with the luxury of a pool just a few steps away from the secluded patio. The room was large and very comfortable and equipped with all I needed. The shower was amazing!! It was an easy 6 minute walk into the town. All in all this was just perfect.....I loved my stay here.

It has an amazing garden that is well looked after. Full of such beautiful flowers. It is a great location just a couple of blocks from the town center. Brian is a very helpful host full of recommendations. He wants to ensure you enjoy your visit.

We chose the no breakfast option and the place was really nice and close to all the shops and event attended

Loved it in peaceful area and few minutes from restaurants. Just one garden cottage with your own pool. Excellent and private.

The location was perfect, and the landlords were lovely and very helpful. The place felt safe, and there was a beautiful garden in front of our apartment. We loved the friendly yellow cat who would sometimes visit us :-). Both the room and the bathroom were nice and spacious.

The kitchenette was not very functional, and there were not many cooking appliances available. It was difficult to both prepare the meals and wash the dishes without making splashes on the surfaces that were not waterproof. The landlords explained that most of the guests coming to Franshoek are not interested in cooking since the place is famous for great restaurants, but if there is a kitchenette in the property description, one would expect it to work properly. Also, the room was a bit dark.

A well equipped, spacious room in a perfect location! We received a very warm welcome and would recommend it to anyone that was visiting!

The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The pool was a god-send in the 30+ heat.

The kitchen area was a little small, so we went out to eat on both nights.

This is a beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay, Brian has a wonderful information booklet he has put together to help you with where to eat and drink. This is the perfect location if you are getting the wine tram or just walking down to franschhoek to the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here
