The hotel does not reply to any messages on booking.com. First day we arrive, we closed the bathroom door and it would not open. We had to find the property local number but they do not pick up when you ring them! They only reply to written message and said someone would come but no one came! After chasing they said use a folk to open the lock. This worked but we never closed the bathroom door for the rest of our stay (8 days). The bathroom basin was leaking and we told them, again no one came to fix it. (See picture). The bathroom door looks like there was a hole (probably from someone breaking to get in as the lock is faulty) but seems to be taped over to cover it (see picture). The is a black patch on the ceiling above the shower, didn't touch it as look like mould (See picture). The air-conditioning in bedroom stopped being cold, the WiFi does not work in the bedroom. The sofa was not nice and did not look like in the picture. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. When you book this property there are additional charges AFTER you give your card details. I have used booking.com before and this issue is by the property not booking.com. One of the charges is daily cleaning. No one came to clean the rooms even though they charge for it! You can clearly see this property is not maintained and the people looking after simply don't care. The pictures you see do not reflect the property and borders on miselling. AVOID!

The location is ideal with access to shops and transportation.

The internet in the apartment had a very poor coverage and the dryer didn't work–this was a key item when I decided to stay there.

Cleanliness and location. From ironing, laundry, hairdryer, hangers, all provided by the host. Its like home. Host was helpful & responsive to my massage! TQ.
