I’m a returnee customer unfortunately this was my very bad experience. Water heater is not working despite being informed to the host on my first day checked in but unable to get it fix for next 3 days and no free parking is available anymore. The bath towels were very badly cleaned, old linens should have been replaced. I came back to attend my mother’s funeral and hoping to have a hot shower after the wake and praying everyday but very disappointed the hot shower is not working

The room smell of cockroach and the bathroom toilet flushing is out as it doesn’t flush properly. The cleaner shouted at my daughter for delaying to check out as I was stuck in traffic to fetch her from the room and check out..Even though it’s cheap but and we understand that it will not be like 4/5 start but at least just ensure no smell of cockroaches la…how to use the utensils when the smell is so strong …Aiyoo I won’t recommend this stay at all

Bed - firm, v good. Toilet - clean, functional. Location - convenient.

Kettle broken. TV box difficult to use / didn't work. Instructions to pick up keys from parking unclear. Overnight parking charges not clearly displayed (it's RM 10 after 11pm).
