The place is clean and convenient for a family

Spacious. Enough bed for 5 pax. Easy checkin and checkout process. Room is clean. Water pressure is good.

The additional bed provided is too springy. it’s not giving good support as you will feel you are felling down every time you turn, couldn’t really get good sleep. But luckily the sofa bed is comfy! There is no free parking provided. But we could parked at public parking slot (with parking apps) or underground private paid parking (could be much expensive）.

Good size and kitchen well equipped

Very poor service. The apartment was advertised with 2 double beds in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds, which was needed as my friend needed a separate sleeping space. On arrival, there were no sofa beds. When contacting the host, who was very slow to respond, he said we didn’t need the sofa bed as the 2 double beds were suitable for 2 people. I tried many times to point out that what I booked wasn’t what was provided but he wouldn’t accept this. Very weird experience when someone providing a service tries to dictate to you your own requirements. Booking.com took the side of the host which was interesting to observe as they wouldn’t accept that services paid for weren’t provided. We ended up leaving after one night and having to accept the loss. Booking.com gave a refund of 15% which is not worth the gesture.

Air conditioner is not function in the bedroom. We feel not comfortable and hot.
