Close drive to restaurants. Clean. Centrally located. AC was working well. Good value for money

Sliding door for one room could not be closed. Beds for Japanese concept need to be changed. Very basic. The TV should be changed. There was NO remote to operate. Use better bathing gel. Also time to replace the 2 seater sofa in the hall. The cushions are already flat

The agent who was attending to us was friendly however the unit owner has not maintain the facilities as advertised. To be honest nothing to shout about. The hot water shower was very good.

Firstly 1. No microwave in the kitchen 2. Induction stove not working 3. TV was spoiled 4. Mattress has worn out till the spring has soften badly. Having backache after waking up 4. No proper wardrobe or dressing table available hence all our clothes and toiletries had to be put on the floor 5 The room windows had no child locks to prevent kids from opening the window. Its a safety hazard and dangerous at thia level 6. The bathroom ventilation is really bad
