Easy to access and where we wanted to stay.

Smelt of stale smoke and had very sparse cooking facilities. Deposit took almost 2 weeks to get back.

Very comfortable, lots of space, clean, we asked for a slightly later check out due to the change in clocks and the host kindly obliged.

There was no light at the front door so we couldn't see the lock box or door lock properly, though we could use the torch on our phones. It is possible thinking now, there could be one but it wasn't working.

Location was good. Upstairs so more secure. Telly worked

Sparse. No.corkscrew for me wine.

Clean bedding, fresh feeling bedroom.

On road parking, unsafe driveway, no lighting above, near or adjacent main door. Uneven driveway with no lighting.

We were overall very pleased. But could I just add a few things we were short of. We could have done with three hand towels. One each and one for the kitchen. Also oven gloves. I suppose the most important disappointment was the hand basin in the bathroom, far too small.

Very dirty flat, I didn't like anything Toilet sink hard to excess & very very small the same with the shower which took me 45 minutes to make it work. The flat main entrance door handle, is hard to work. I couldn't work out the heating, even trying many times. It also took me some to work out how to work the grill, oven and micro wave. Very bad experience. I didn't want to give you my opinion until I get back my deposit 250 Pounds. It was blocked from my account on the 11th of July & released on the 9th August ! Total of 30 days! unacceptable. Very bad recommendation from Booking.com Never again
